Because these factors can vary, the estimate provided at your initial appointment may not be the exact final cost.

Once treatment is completed and your insurance company processes the claim:

• Any remaining balance is your responsibility.
• If your estimated portion was higher than necessary, we will automatically issue a refund for any overpayment.
