Please bring your dental insurance details to your initial visit. This allows us to:

* Expedite the processing of your insurance claim

We participate with most major PPO insurance plans, making it easier for you to receive the care you need

Understanding Your Estimated Costs:

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our practice, regardless of your insurance coverage. At your first visit, our front desk team will provide an estimate based on:
* Your insurance plan’s coverage percentage for endodontic therapy
* Your remaining annual dental benefits
* Any unmet deductibles
Because many factors influence insurance reimbursement, this estimate is not an exact final amount.

After your treatment is completed and your insurance carrier pays its portion:
* Any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
* If your estimated portion was higher than the final amount, we will automatically issue a refund for any overpayment.
